Jade Wiggins
Movement and exercise has been apart of Jade’s life since she was young, spending 15 years as a competitive gymnast. While at the University of Florida, her stress management class decided to take a yoga class. Since 2011, she has been practicing yoga, eventually becoming a yoga instructor in vinyasa and power yoga. The practice of yoga has personally helped her find inner calmness, maintain flexibility and strength. Yoga has provided a physical exercise that balances mind, body and spirit.
Developing Jade Simone Yoga Studio, I wanted to build a community that combines all aspects of movement and yoga. Bringing collaboration, fitness and wellness is something I want to inspire others in their wellness journey.
Expanding on teaching classes, her dream of creating a yoga product started in 2015, fast forward to 2017, competing in an entrepreneurial competition at Lynn University. Presently, sparking that goal to develop what is now, “OM” Yoga Mat.
